VCA McCormick Ranch Animal Hospital and Emergency Center they are very unprofessional (I have been emailing the Clinic Manager for 2 weeks now and she refuses to pick up the phone and call me back and takes days to respond to my emails regarding my refund), VCA McCormick took $491.70 from me and misdiagnosed my animal (Mouth Ulcers on a cat are Textbook and very noticeable once the cats mouth is opened), and due to this negligence I was forced to take my animal to another facility so they could figure out what was wrong with my fur baby, and I will NEVER recommend VCA McCormick for ANY animal emergency situations or anything else moving forward.
I have documents to prove their incompetency!
