My pet is a rescue and was a stray. He has many health issues. These doctors have guided me in taking care of Charlie. They make me feel like we are a family. They are very thorough. Every time we come in they remember our names and Charlie’s too. They are not only concerned about his physical health but also about his emotional health .Honestly I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Dr. Marnie Duplissis is more than just a qualified Veterinarian. She is the reason that two senior citizens have dogs.We discovered this outstanding care provider, with a referral from an emergency room Veterinarian. We have always had dogs and cats. The three Chihuahuas came to us from pet stores with every imaginable disease and infirmity. We had spent a fortune on their care, but could not give up on them, strictly because of cost. They were family.Dr. Marnie Duplissis took it as a challenge to maintain a quality of life for them. In addition to traditional medicine, she experimented with homeopathic treatments and used laser treatments for medical conditions that prevented our boys from even climbing one step. That treatment, alone gave them the mobility of a puppy.Her caring and sincere dedication to their care gave us the impression that we were her only clients. Nighttime phone calls, and even coming in on her days off became common. We talked to other clients and they agreed. That was her way of dealing with her "kids". She prolonged their lives years beyond what was expected due to their conditions.In November of 2013, my wife was hospitalized. When Dr D. learned of this she came by our home and took our little Punkin home with her for two weeks. Punkin is a rescue. I had vowed to never have another pet after we lost the last of our boys. Dr Roberts always has a smile for both of us and takes the time to answer any of my concerns. When my other dog had issues during surgery, he stopped rather than take a chance. He's very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Although I don't live there now, I took Peanut to him and will do so again. He's worth the trip. There's no better doctor anywhere.

Dr. Lewis has been seeing my pets since 2008. She keeps up on the latest trends and has all the modern in-office equipment so I don't have to wait days for test results. Even though she is the expert, Dr. Lewis feels its important to educate her clients on pet health matters and she encourages questions. She lets me know everything she is doing to treat my pets; step by step. She gives options and respects my concerns and my wallet. What I really enjoy about Dr. Lewis is that she uses tips from Temple Grandin to make my pets comfortable. This includes wrapping my animals in a cloth bandage she calls a "hug" to make them feel safe and secure. My dog loves seeing Dr. Lewis. When he hears me talking to her on the phone, he dances around the room with a big smile on his face. Dr. Lewis has a solid reputation in the community and she is the go-to person for exotic pets. She treated my guinea pig when he was on death's door. She brought him back and he lived happy and generally healhty for six more months. Please accept this nomination knowing that my vet is awesome!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Ingram for 21 years now. He has been there for us through two Basset Hounds and an English Bull Dog, all of which have needed serious surgeries or have been diagnosed with serious illnesses. He has always given our dogs excellent care and has always followed up to make sure they were doing well afterwards. All three of our dogs received complicated orthopedic surgeries, including a leg amputation,and all three recovered nicely and went on to live full, happy lives. In addition,when we had to put our first Basset Hound to sleep at the age of 12, Dr. Ingram showed us such compassion. He allowed us to walk away knowing we had done the right thing. Finally, Dr. Ingram is always professional and caring. My husband and I can't imagine ever going to another veternarian. Dr. Ingram's the very BEST!!!

I believe Dr. Liao should be voted Best Vet for many reasons. Many years ago I when I took my cats and Whippet to my vet I met Dr. Liao. I remembered how in tune he was with my cats and dog. Also as much as my Whippet Winston dreaded the trips to the vet it was the first time he didn’t feel threatened or spastic when in his care. When it came time to put my cat Lucas to sleep because of Cancer, I was able to sit there and hold his paw and keep him close to me until he passed. Dr. Liao was very kind hearted and totally understood how I felt.It takes a special person to be able to administer remedies and also take lives away. His kindness towards my pets weren’t forgotten. Years later with my new cats, Sterling, Mitzle and Leben, I changed my vet to one closer and was delighted and ecstatic that Dr. Liao was to be my vet. His understanding of animals is outstanding and his mannerism towards my kitties and knowledge exceptional. He listens to your problems and gives you honest and real feedback. This is something that most vets don’t have time for. You realize he is genuinely an animal person. Hats off to people that actually CARE about our pets. He has my votes and the votes of my tabbies, Sterling, Mitzle and Leben.

He is simply the best vet ever. Extemely knowledgable and caring. Also, he does not have a used car salesman mentality. Tells you what you need without all the bells and whistles just to crank up your bill. first this person is not my vet he is my kids (my dogs are my children) caregiver/doctor so he is like family to me. when first moving to las vegas I knew no one and had noel she was 8 years old at the time very healthy and I had no family doctor for her, aloha animal hospital was literally across the st from my apt so it was convenient but then once we had our first visit became our second family, later noel would have cancer and they were compassionate and above and beyond the minimum requirements for her needs and mine she has since passed. you are not a number with dr Jason he knows my kids he remembers what they like/dislike and their personatilies is gentle, compassionate and geninue with their needs and my concerns as their mom. I have referred 5 of my friends to this facility not because I get anything but I know he will love them as he loves us. they are good community partners also by donating services and products for various charity events within the vegas area. I will never go anywhere else. its clean, the apt is on time, detailed service and above and beyond service after all these are children would you not go to the best for your kids?

My vet is the best because she was my girls primary vet for their entire lives! She always was (and is) very gentle with my dogs and willing to discuss all options regarding their treatment. When Lucy became very ill at 14 1/2 years old, and if it became necessary to put her to sleep, Dr. A. said she would come to my home at any time so I would not have to bring her in to the office. Dr. Arriola has always been willing to phone me and talk with me about my girls and their care. When Paddy, also 14 1/2 became suddenly ill, she was on the phone several times over that weekend. I appreciate her and am looking forward to taking my new dog to her for many more years!

My lab Harley was very ill and we could not determine what was wrong. Dr Olsen was able to diagnose Harley being diabetic at 1.5 years of age and after 2 seizures. Thru his compassion and oversight and all of the issues we encounted, Harley lived to be almost 9 years old. He always took the time to take or return our phone calls when things weren't right with Harley. I will never forget Dr Olsen's kindness and his caring nature for my wonderful animal. We have since taken our next 2 labs to him and ask for him by name each time we schedule our visits. He treats these animals as if they were his own. We have since moved over 30 miles away and still take our dogs to him only. He will always have a special place on our hearts. I wish all Doctors displayed this level of compassion and commitment.

Dr. Ingram is compassionate, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He has a wonderful way to put you at ease and connect with my dogs. Believe it or not, my dogs LIKE going to see Dr. Ingram. Additionally, his surgical skills are just amazing! When Zakuria had to have his glaucoma eyes removed, Dr. Ingram made sure he still looked cute as ever, even at 15 years old!

Both vets have been so instrumental in taking care of my two dogs. Dr Albrecht, during teeth cleaning, found Leahs cancer and saved her life by doing so! Both doctors have been taking care of Hannah for quite awhile with all her allergies, gall bladder, liver, thyroid issues and have made her so much more comfortable. They are so nice and caring and thorough in their treatments and followup care, as is everyone we see there. These two are the ones we see mostly, however, and we do love their care and concern for our two dogs. Thanks so much Drs Albrecht and Sparzo!!
