He didn't try to jamm 2k in unnecessary vet charges and procedures during an emergency like all other er vets do. He was detailed with explaining what he did and going forward what to do the expensive way and least expensive way. I didn't even have to ask. When I left with my lil pup I felt very comfortable and relieved. The process from start to finish was the best experience at a vet that I've EVER had. Thank you Dr Betkowski and Front office gals!!
