This vet didn’t realize the grave discrepancies in the costs they charged me compared to an estimate for another service. They have completely conflicting charges for the exact same service. When I called them out on it. They lied and it was a terrible lie too. Made no sense. They charged me $150 to put a little fluid in my cat before I left. I was charged $600 and that is without any tests. Just an antibiotic and consult and fluid. Total thief!!!

For nearly 20 years, I have trusted Dr. Barnard with the care of my dogs and cats. I have always found that I made the right decisions when following his advice. Most recently, I took my dog to see him for his opinion on what I believed to be a fatty tumor. He agreed with me about it being a fatty tumor, but also felt there was something "off" about the mass. When it was removed and biopsied, it was found to be malignant, and can now be treated aggressively. This is not the first time he has saved -- or prolonged -- the life of one of my pets. Dr. Barnard is a fine veterinarian and a compassionate human being, with an equally wonderful support staff.

I adopted Bella, a 9 month old Pit mix, 2 months ago from the shelter. A few days after getting her, she came down with terrible pnuemonia. Dobson Ranch took her in and went over the possibility of Distemper or Pnuemonia with me as well as treatment. I did everything they suggested and Bella recovered 100 percent. Then 2 weeks ago I took her to Petco to get a bath and while in their care, somehow her DewClaw busted off. As an emergency, Dobson Ranch took her right in and treated her. They also helped make sure that I got all my paperwork faxed to petco for payment. What makes them special to me, is that every time she has been in to see them, everyone welcomes her with open arms and calls me the next day to make sure she is doing fine and if I had any further questions. They have gained my full trust and I recomend them to everyone. 250 words does not begin to describe how much I appreciate everything they have done for me and my Bella and making sure her vet experiences are the best they can be.
