I felt like I was not being listened to and what should have been a quick visit to check the health of my new puppy turned into an hour and a half of trying to sell me things I didnt need or want based on the breeder’s recommendation. The front desk staff was friendly and the facility was clean, but I left feeling nickled and dimed and a huge waste of my time. I wont be back.
