I rescued my Husky Sasha after she was in the shelter after a broken hip. She was being treated by the Arizona Animal Wellness Center before I was able to rescue her. When she came home to me I had to bring her back for a check up and from that point on I knew that Sasha was in the best hands possible. From the friendly caring staff at the welcome desk, the immaculately kept offices and waiting room to the state of art medical facilities my girl was getting the very best in Veterinary care. The Vet is superb and explains everything she is doing and is so patient and kind Sasha never feels nervous or anxious. I wish my medical clinic was this caring and thoughtful. They have great wellness plans that can save you money as well for routine check ups, shots and preventative care. We love this place!!

Dr. Ford is the most amazing vet ever. She is the reason I stick with this practice! She is kind, caring, sincere. She is super intelligent!! She takes the time to go over treatment as well as other options. We work together as a team for the benefit of my baby's health! I would never go anywhere else! I look forward to many years of working together with her!

My Vet is always there for my 14 yr. Old Cocker Spaniel who constantly has these growing tumors that erupt. She cares about animals and it is not just for money. If she feels it not safe for my cocker to go under for surgery she will try to to local. I trust my dog with her.

My husband and I became the rather reluctant Grandparents of our Son and Grandchildren's 18 month dog. Savannah is a Rescue Dog brought up from Savannah, Georgia to NYC. Savannah was initially a very happy 3 1\2 month old puppy. She loved going out for walks and going to the Dog Park. After a few months, she became intensely afraid of the noises in the City: trucks, buses, cars so much so that she wouldn't go out. Our family brought her down to us as we live in a quite community.On our first visit, Dr. Reim sat on the floor with her:patting, stroking, speaking to her softly. Savannah was very comfortable with the visit. Dr. Reim gave us a lot of valuable advice and encouragement in our new endeavor. We are eternally thankful for her being Savannah's veterinarian!

Dr. Ford is one of the kindest and most sincere people we have ever met. She truly loves animals and cares for their well being, as well as provides alternative care, including acupuncture and herbs, which is rare! Dr. Ford does an excellent job explaining our pets conditions to us and helping us explore the options available. Our Shia has had a few emergency situations and Dr. Ford has dealt with a separate ER to find the most affordable way to treat our girl in our time of need, and followed up with them and us, even on her days off. When we are at our appointment or Dr. Ford calls with results, she never rushes and provides detailed explanation of results and takes her time answering all questions. With our previous dog Nali, Dr. Ford found stage 4 Lymphoma, we had little money, just lost our jobs and the office provided monthly payment options we could afford. That was a huge blessing! Dr. Ford always worked us in for urgent care, no matter how busy they were and let us come early and stay hours after close when needed. She had a box of tissues in hand, for me when things got rough. In the end she drove to our home(hour each way) to put Nali asleep so we could be home. The staff is also genuinely kind and caring. Currently our we are looking to move right by their office, that should say something.

They are the most friendly and considerate people that I know. They always welcome me and my pet and they create a personable experience. Before they even look up my information or file they recognize me and my dog. I live an hour from this vet but have no intentions of changing because of how personable they are and how knowledgeable they are about dogs and my breed in particular. They are gentle with the animals and always have smiles on their faces. They deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to people and their pets.

My cocker spaniel suffered a spine injury. ER Vet Clinic wanted to put her down, I said I wanted my vet to examine her first. My vet did xrays and said to keep her in a kennel for 7 days and don't let her jump on and off bed or furniture. After 7 days my little baby was perfect. Thank you to Dr Lapardo my dog lived for years after wards. Dr. Lapardo also treated my little baby for bladder stones for over 10 years. She is the most caring, giving and loving person. When she had to put my little baby to sleep, she donated to the Zoo a contribution in my dogs name and I received a notice in the mail from the zoo stating this as well as a beautiful card signed by Dr. Lapardo and her staff. I have taken all my pets to Dr Lapardo and will never taken them to any other vet EVER. Her office staff is exemplatory and what a beautiful sole the woman has been blessed with and how blessed her clients are to have her as their pets provider.

My dog Bailey loves to undress her stuffed toys. Snowmen quickly lose their hats and scarves in our house. Any accessorizing will removed efficiently. Amazingly she never tears her toys, while undoing the stitchwork. While Bailey was recovering from ACL surgery, I came home from work to find blood and staples everywhere (by the way not one staple was broken). So I called Dr. Girgies. Knowing it would be difficult to get my dog into the car to go to his office, he and an assistant came to my house (between patients). Baileys leg was stapled quickly and efficiently. Dr Girgis has always treated Bailey and all his patients with expertise, love and compassion. However, this time he also treated Bailey for free. I think Dr. Girgis and his staff are worth a million bucks (but they are always reasonably priced).
