This place is a joke!!! I was referred to this clinic by a few Veterinarian's that know Dr. Manoli personally. I called to see if I could come in since my Shih Tzu had just been hit by a car!!! Frantically I called Desert Ark and spoke to Adel whom was extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and laughed when I explained to her that my dog was bleeding from her Anal area. I expressed to her that I could not believe that she thought this was funny, and her response was well my Doctor is not available, and you can go to BluePearI I then asked this person if I could speak to her manager, and she said she was the assistant manager!!!! This is beyond unbelievable, an assistant manager laughing at someone who is going through a tramatic situation. Please re-educate your staff, and management!!! I am glad I was able to get my dog into BluePearl.
