We haven't had any problems after two visits and one day care stay. The staff never appear rushed even though its always busy. At our first visit someone came in after finding a stray cat that had a serious eye injury. The facility nor the individual knew if the cat had rabies or not and the cat was absolutely terrified. It was a very wild scene. When we went into our room the veterinarian still acted very calm and attentive to us even though they had just handled a bit of chaos. That left a positive impression on us. Our dog's daycare visit was safe and no fuss.
