Information You'll Need for Enrollment
You'll only need a few pieces of information.
- We'll ask for your pet's birthday, breed and color, and whether or not your pet has been spayed or neutered.
- We'll want to know of any illnesses or accidents your pet has been treated for.
- We'll ask for your contact information and a credit card or debit card number to bill your policy to.
The Exact Steps
- Get a Quote – Tell us where you live and some general information about your pet.
- Select a Plan – Choose the protection, premium and deductible that are right for you
and your pet. You'll also be offered the BestWellness option.
- Enter Your Contact Information – Name, address, phone and e-mail.
- Enter Your Pet's Medical Information – In the last 12 months has your pet been ill,
injured, or shown any symptoms?
- Approve the Information Summary – We'll recap for you to make sure we got it right.
- Approve the Application Agreement – Read the terms. You'll approve everything before
we continue.
- Enter Your Payment Information – Your credit card numbers go here.
- Activate Your Account – Congratulations! You're a policy holder, and your pet now has
the best coverage available.
After You Enroll
Your policy packet will arrive in approximately 7-10 days or within hours when you provide us with your
e-mail address or by mail in approximately 7-10 days. We've tried to answer all of the questions we

When Does My Coverage Begin?
Accident coverage takes effect in 3 days & Illness and Routine care coverage (if you choose to receive
it) is effective in 14 days.
