BestBenefit Accident and Illness Plans
Our BestBenefit plans offer the most comprehensive coverage for accidents and illnesses, including hereditary and congenital conditions. You'll receive up to 100% reimbursement of your vet bills, after a deductible. Learn what BestBenefit plans cover.
BestWellness routine care coverage can be added for an additional premium, and helps pay for routine care with no deductible to meet. Learn more about adding BestWellness to your plan.
Waiting periods are just 3 days for accidents and 14 days for illnesses and BestWellness, if purchased. Seven conditions are subject to a 12-month waiting period, which may be waived.
Feline Illness Plan $4,000 annual limit/$10,000 lifetime limit
The Feline Illness plan covers the diagnosis and treatment of feline illnesses, including diabetes and kidney failure. See the complete list of covered illnesses.
In addition to the exclusions listed on What’s Not Covered, Feline Illness does not cover undiagnosed conditions, accidents, routine care, acupuncture, or chiropractic treatment.
Accident Only Plan $10,000 annual coverage/$20,000 lifetime coverage
The Accident Only plan covers the treatment of accidents, including exams, X-rays, surgeries, hospitalization and medications. See the complete list of covered accidents.
In addition to the exclusions listed on What’s Not Covered, the Accident Only plan does not cover any illnesses, routine care, acupuncture, or chiropractic treatment.
Cancer Only Plan $8,000 annual coverage/$30,000 lifetime coverage
The Cancer Only plan covers the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, including exams, blood work, surgeries, medications and chemotherapy. If your pet develops cancer, a histopathology report diagnosing malignant cancer will be required for coverage.
