The steps are simple:

- Attach original paid receipts. (Be sure to keep a copy for your records.)

How fast does Pets Best pay claims?
We
won't make you wait
for your money. Pets Best will process your claim within ten business days, after receiving the necessary
information. Sometimes we need to request medical records, which may slow down the process, but our
goal is to have your check issued within five days of receiving your claim.
Important Things You Should Know
Obviously, we'll only pay claims that are incurred and treated while your policy is in force.
Once enrolled, accident and injury coverage takes effect in 3 days. Illness coverage and routine care
coverage -- if selected -- is effective 14 days from the policy start date.
And to keep the bookkeeping to a minimum, we require that you submit a claim within six months of the
first occurrence of the problem.
