Access your Customer Account online
Through your Customer Account, you can:
- File claims electronically
- Check the status of pending claims
- Get a quote or add a pet to your existing policy
- Review past claims
- Update your payment info
- Download your policy documents
If you purchased your policy online, you already have a Customer Account. Your username is the email address you used to enroll your pet, and your password is whatever you chose at the time of enrollment. If you’ve forgotten your password, you will have the opportunity to reset it.
If you purchased your policy over the phone, or haven't registered your account you can create your Customer Account at any time.
How to file a claim
Filing claims with Pets Best Insurance is quick and easy. You can file claims electronically through your Customer Account, fax them to us or send them via standard mail. Please see How to File Claim for complete details.
You can also download a pre-filled claim form with your personal information. Keep one on hand at your vet’s office for the next time your pet needs medical care.
