We are looking for a highly qualified Customer Service Representative to join our small call center. At Pets Best, we strive to value our employees and their input. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 pm and Saturdays 10 am - 2 pm. 1. Answers incoming calls. Screens caller and either handles the call or routes to the appropriate department.
2. Answers callers' questions about policy coverage.
3. Conducts research and follows up with return calls as needed to fully answer questions.
4. Contacts new policy holders to introduce the company and explain the policy.
5. Answers e-mail, voicemail and fax requests.
6. Mails policy information to policy holder as requested.
7. Makes policy adjustments and changes as requested by the policy holder
